If you are unable to schedule a time or are based interstate, then take a few minutes to complete our tax preparation questionnaire and either email it to us here or send via mail. Your tax return will then be electronically lodged bypassing the need for a person-to-person interview. You can also have your refund direct debited to your nominated account.
